Weeks 1–2
Pain
Build a baseline.
We start understanding what’s driving your pain and begin gentle, graded movement your nervous system can tolerate.
What We Treat
Being told your scans look normal while you’re still hurting. Feeling dismissed by people who ran out of answers. Your pain is real, and it’s fixable. It starts with a root-cause evaluation that actually looks at what’s driving it.
Sound Familiar?
You’re the one who keeps showing up for everyone else, pain or not. Which is exactly why you got so good at hiding how bad it’s gotten. Two or more? Keep reading.
Why It Happens
When pain sticks around long after tissue should have healed, the nervous system itself often becomes part of the problem, staying on high alert and amplifying signals that would normally fade. That doesn’t make the pain fake. It makes it a different kind of problem, one that needs a root-cause evaluation.
We start by listening to your full story, then look at movement, stress load, sleep, and how your nervous system seems to be responding, not just at the spot that hurts. Finding what’s actually keeping the pain switched on is what makes a real plan possible.
The Honest Truth
Every week you push through it alone, your nervous system stays on high alert. The longer pain runs the show, the harder it gets to trust your own body again.
How We Fix It
You get a plan with an endpoint, built one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, every visit. Here’s what the four phases look like for chronic pain.
Weeks 1–2
Pain
We start understanding what’s driving your pain and begin gentle, graded movement your nervous system can tolerate.
Weeks 2–6
Prime
We gradually expand what you can do without triggering a flare, rebuilding trust between you and your body.
Weeks 6–10
Perform
Strength and tolerance work targets the daily activities you’d stopped doing because of the pain.
Weeks 10+
Prevent
You leave with real tools to handle flare-ups and keep your progress: that’s the endpoint, a plan you carry with you.
I was at a turning point, baffled why my previous therapy wasn’t working. What I found here was worth more than money could buy: knowledge, wisdom, techniques, and a plan for a lifetime if applied.

Questions, Answered
Pain doesn’t always show up on imaging, especially chronic pain, since the nervous system itself can amplify pain signals somewhat independently from tissue damage. A normal scan doesn’t mean nothing is wrong, it just means the evaluation needs to look at how you move and function, not only at a picture.
Many people see real, meaningful improvement with the right approach, even after years of dealing with pain, though what “better” looks like is different for everyone. The goal is a graded plan that reduces your pain and rebuilds what you’re able to do, step by step, not a promise of an overnight fix.
Chronic pain often takes longer to shift than a recent injury does, since the nervous system needs time to recalibrate. Most patients start noticing meaningful change within 4–6 visits, and a full plan runs through all four phases, Pain, Prime, Perform, and Prevent, with an endpoint focused on function, not just a number of appointments.
